DELIVERY

We make every effort to deliver your WINE purchases within 3 working days of purchase. HOMEWARES, ART, HAMPERS and GIFT purchases usually take a little longer, please expect these to be dispatched within 10 working days. The vast majority of deliveries arrive within 1 or 2 days of dispatch. Please note that we do not deliver at weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders made on Friday will be sent on Monday for delivery on Tuesday at the earliest.

E-Gift cards are delivered to your recipient immediately.

Delivery is free when you spend £50 or more. Delivery on orders less than £50 is £5.00.

Delivery to the British Isles, Scottish Highlands, and Isles will take a day or two longer.

All WINE deliveries will need to be signed for by someone over the age of 18 and you may be asked for ID if you look under 25. Our courier will not be able to leave your package with a minor.

RETURNS

We happily accept returns and, furthermore, we will pay the postage. Please note that you must use the original packaging (including the cardboard inserts) that the wine came in, otherwise our courier will not accept the package.
